McO’Neill Rosado is a dedicated construction professional and licensed builder with over a decade of experience in roofing and homebuilding. Beginning his career in the construction industry at just 18 years old, McO’Neill quickly discovered his passion for helping people and meeting their housing needs.
His professional journey in roofing began in 2014, when he advanced to the role of foreman at a roofing company, gaining invaluable field experience and leadership skills. In 2022, he earned his Roofing Contractor License, allowing him to directly serve families across Florida with high-quality roofing solutions. By 2025, McO’Neill had further expanded his credentials, achieving his Florida Builder License—an accomplishment that positioned him to design and construct homes from the ground up.
As a licensed builder, McO’Neill is deeply committed to creating homes that combine safety, durability, and beauty. His approach emphasizes guiding clients through every step of the process, turning visions into reality, and ensuring each project is crafted to last for generations.

Ronnie Perez is the Owner and Broker of Top Rank Real Estate, serving clients across Central Florida since 2016, with a footprint that includes Kissimmee, Orlando, Winter Garden, Clermont, and surrounding markets. His work today spans residential real estate, custom home builds, real estate development, and commercial projects, shaped by a career built on leadership, operational discipline, and a deep understanding of how to guide people through complex decisions.
Before entering real estate, Ronnie served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force. As Staff Sergeant Perez, he coordinated complex medical evacuation missions in Bagram, Afghanistan in 2019, where success depended on seamless coordination between air and ground assets under combat conditions. He also led advanced ground mobilization efforts for the 927 Aeromedical Staging Squadron, helping deploy more than 25 interconnected tents that functioned as emergency medical facilities, including surgical suites, tactical operations centers, logistics hubs, and patient care areas. Those experiences sharpened his skills in project management, operational planning, cross-functional coordination, and calm decision-making under pressure.
He brought that same structure and precision into real estate. Ronnie works with first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, relocating clients, sellers transitioning into their next home, and clients entering the custom home build market. He is especially focused on helping people think beyond the immediate transaction and make well-planned decisions about what comes next.
His philosophy is simple: real estate has become too transactional, and too many agents stop at opening doors and writing offers. Ronnie takes a different approach. He believes clients deserve in-depth consultations, real strategy, and a clear plan. Rather than rushing people from one property to another, he invites them into a more hands-on process, including meetings at his Central office where they can talk through goals, review options, discuss floor plans, and map out a smart path forward.
Beyond client work, Ronnie has also built systems designed to improve the way real estate businesses operate. Since 2016, he has developed online training systems and implemented data analysis and sales platforms that supported more than 700 agents and leaders, improving compliance, streamlining reporting, and strengthening long-term planning. He later built a consulting firm focused on helping smaller brokerages across Florida modernize and scale through stronger data, sales, and contract management systems. As Owner and Broker of Top Rank Real Estate, he leads a brokerage centered on real estate development and commercial projects, with a focus on giving agents better tools, stronger mentorship, and real operational support. In 2026, he completed Harvard Business School’s Strategy Execution program.
