Build out phases

  • An aerial view of a house under construction with workers installing the roof. The house has multiple roof sections, and workers are spread out across the roof working on different parts. There are construction tools and materials visible on the roof, and ladders against the house walls. The surrounding area shows dirt, a green lawn, and a fenced backyard.

    Decking Phase

We begin the project, in the decking phase. We ensure the roof is ready for underlayment and safe to work on.

  • A building under construction with a concrete block exterior and a multi-section roof with black edge flashing, surrounded by construction materials and dirt, in a residential neighborhood.

    Underlayment Phase

We ensure proper installation of the underlayment in order to avoid water intrusion and damage to the trusses.

  • A close-up of dark gray asphalt shingles on a roof.
